CWU — Seattle Experiential Event & Content Creation Hub

Fremont Studios · Seattle | 40,000 sq ft | International Camera Day

The Fujifilm CWU event at Fremont Studios in Seattle was designed as a hands-on, community-driven experience celebrating photographers, creators, and Fujifilm’s imaging technology. Spanning 40,000 sq ft, the event invited guests to actively engage with the brand through making, learning, and connection.

The space was organized into a series of small-scale, purpose-built photo sets, each designed around different shooting styles and scenarios. Attendees were able to loan Fujifilm cameras and test them in real time, transforming the environment into a live playground for experimentation, content creation, and discovery. Rather than presenting the technology statically, the design emphasized use, movement, and creative flow.

In parallel, the experience included a dedicated production set for TV ads and podcast recordings, positioning the space as both an experiential activation and a fully functioning content studio. A curated program of speakers, food, and informal gathering moments ran throughout the day, reinforcing a sense of community and shared creative exchange.

By combining experiential design, live content production, and hands-on product interaction, the Seattle CWU event became an immersive platform for education and creativity reinforcing Fujifilm’s role as a technology leader deeply connected to its creative community.
