Fujifilm
Summit X — ART GALLERY AND EXPERIENTIAL INSTALLATION
Glasshouse, NYC
Fujifilm Summit X at Glasshouse NYC was conceived as a museum-scale art gallery experience, designed to celebrate Fujifilm’s most successful photographers and the creative potential of its imaging technology. Spanning 70,000 sq ft and welcoming over 1,500 attendees, the event positioned Fujifilm not just as a camera brand, but as a platform for artistic expression.
The space was curated like a contemporary gallery, showcasing large-scale photographic works by artists who actively use Fujifilm cameras in their practice. Each moment was designed to feel intentional, minimal, and elevated, allowing the work to lead while reinforcing the brand’s deep connection to the creative community.
In parallel, the experience featured a sculptural experiential installation that reimagined traditional Fujifilm retail elements. Familiar store components such as counters, display units, and fixtures were transformed into benches, gathering spaces, and architectural moments, giving these forms new, unexpected purposes. This approach blurred the line between retail, exhibition, and installation art, encouraging guests to engage with the brand in a more tactile, spatial way.
By combining fine-art curation with experiential design, Fujifilm Summit X became an immersive environment where photography, architecture, and brand storytelling intersected, reinforcing Fujifilm’s role as both a technological innovator and a long-standing supporter of artists worldwide.
